Technology Unlimited COVID-19 Statement

In the wake of the COVID-19 Virus outbreak, Technology Unlimited would like to assure our clients that we are taking every precaution to isolate our customers from potential infection due to contact. As most of you know, for many years, Technology Unlimited has been offering remote service and management of client assets and technology. We have a secure, state of the art remote access solution that allows us to perform many services without the need to go onsite, saving you money, time, and unnecessary contact.

All employees are practicing good hygiene, washing hands frequently and between computer contacts.

Additionally, we offer the ability for clients to deliver to our door, call us, and remain in their vehicle while we pick up their computer and take inside for service, then return in a similar way. We respectfully request ALL COMPUTERS brought to us be wiped down with a sanitizing cloth or mild detergent cloth. DO NOT WIPE LCD MONITOR SCREENS, we will take care of that for you. When returned we will sanitize the computer again for safety. You may also elect to ship your computer or devices to us and have them shipped back after repairs.

Should our services require onsite activity including installation, network and server repairs, wiring, etc. our staff will strive to make our visits a brief as possible and avoid unnecessary contact with your staff and building surfaces. We will sanitize before entering your facility. Minimal face to face staff contact will be observed. Prior to leaving we will call to assure we have completed the service to your satisfaction, while continuing to minimize contact.

Your prompt payment of invoices will also assure we remain healthy as a company and can continue to provide you with our products and services going forward.
