DentalMac® Support Policies and Pricing

 

Premier Support Clients

 

Premier Support clients receive unlimited technical support for their DentalMac systems via a toll-free number. Office hours are 8-5 M-F, CST.

Premier Support clients receive priority in the call queue for all problems, questions and issues, ahead of other clients, except for down offices.

Premier Support clients receive reduced pricing on training, training materials, and training seminars, such as GetAways. In addition, they receive reduced pricing on Remote Technical Support via the Internet.

Premier Support clients receive a 10% discount from American Business Forms on all paper goods for their practice.

Premier clients may participate free in the Backup Verification and Archival Program. Twice a year, we will examine an office’s backup to make sure it is being performed correctly. We will then store the backup in Lincoln.

Premier Support clients will receive a discount on HealthWare’s dental office management software for the Macintosh, when available.

Standard Support Clients

Standard Support clients receive unlimited technical support for their DentalMac systems via a toll-free number. Office hours are 8-5 M-F, CST.

Support does not include training, nor does it include file maintenance.

Single User Premier $795

Single User Standard $595

Network User Premier $995

Network User Standard $795

As-needed support is available on a per call basis, at the rate of $120 per hour, with a 15 minute minimum.
